DocketRunner automates litigation document intake. Add a matter, then ingest docket notices, filing emails, and PDFs; OCR documents; extract deadlines; send daily briefings; and ask questions about the case record by email or in the app.
Forward or connect filing emails. When a new filing arrives, we parse the email, capture attached PDFs or downloadable filing links where available, run OCR, classify the document, extract key dates, and generate an AI summary.
We support OpenAI and Anthropic models via OpenRouter. You can bring your own API key so your data never passes through our systems. We use lightweight models for classification and embeddings, and more capable models for Q&A and summaries.
Yes. Email your DocketRunner workspace address with a question like "Summarize Docket #92" and you'll get an AI-generated answer with the relevant PDF attached, usually within seconds.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your data with third parties. You can bring your own AI key so prompts and documents stay within your own provider account. Self-hosted database support is coming soon.
